I could't use it. Beside that the application is too big - and for a visitor this might be an issue, it even requires installing other application for reading the card. Even after that the sign up procedure is complicated, it requires documents that must not be necessary for just payment. I assume this was done just to gather data for some statistics. Stupid design. Does it really make sense to complicate it this way to get data from its users?

Anytime a readable card is near my phone, this app automatically opens and tries to read it. The app won't allow me to close it without removing the card away from the phone. There is no way to prevent the app from automatically opening and trying to read a card. This is incredibly frustrating. --EDIT-- The suggestion to turn off NFC is not a solution. If I want to read any card, the T-Mobilitat app opens. This is a problem.

Hi Michael! I'm sorry you're having problems with the App. To avoid this situation, you can disconnect the NFC antenna from your mobile.

Terrible - the developers clearly thought: how can we make something simple really complicated and frustrating? They excelled and the result is this app and the "new" t mobilitat system which safely moves us all back into the 20th century. Half the time it doesn't work, you can only hold one ticket type at a time & the sign up process is an unnecessary nightmare. It also randomly starts on phone over and over again and cannot be closed. 1 star review complaints since 2021,but nothing learnt.
